io scaricavo sui 30 KB come ho messo 0 la velocità di download è crollata fino ad 1

me ne ero dimenticato !
allora se prima per 4096kb in download (4mega) la era banda impostata a 500kb
ora a 640 con un rapido calcolo dovresti impostarla a 83kb
4096:640 = circa 6
500:6 = 83,3

ok perfetto, per l'upload sono obbligato a mettere 10 altrimenti mi diminuisce il download
