stò provando con quell'avi file che non si poteva masterizzare perchè Codec not supported.

Ho preso file e messo to icona del dock, come sempre lo masterizza su data come Cd-Rom Xa,

ma non capisco se è fatto da toast in automatico secondo file oppure bisogna scegliere il tab che vuoi ( video, copy etc)

Kama, non ho capito bene.
E' un video con estensione .avi? Cosa vuol dire che lo hai messo nel dock?

ho preso il file e lo trascino sull'icona di toast sul dock così dovrebbe aprirsi Toast automaticamente e riconoscere che tipo di file è, questo che chiedo è collegato al mio post precedente sul file .rom

Nell'altro post http://www.tuttologia.com/macp2p/viewto ... hlight=rom parli di un file .rom da aprire con Toast. Ma in questo altro topic parli di un .avi ed io non ho capito quale relazione ci sia tra le due richieste.

scegliere il formato in cui vuoi masterizzare (dati, video, iso, udf, audio cd ecc ecc) e il supporto (dvd o cd)

e POI trascinare il file in toast (nella sua finestra)?

ti ricordi che mi chiedevi della marca del mio DVD, è un Nortek. Mi hanno detto di seguire istruzioni per aggiornamento Firmware, il file scarticato è un .rom

Secondo loro istruzioni usando Nero per PC bisogna usare opzione ISo che ho fatto con Toast. Non so se è giusto fare così.

Questo è in relazione con secondo posto, normalmente prendo il file avi ( quello realtivo a questo upgrading che non funzionava, ti ricordi ?) faccio drag sull'icona di Toast che ho sul dock e poi toast procede. Però non so se questo è giusto ed automaticamente Toast sceglie come procedere con qeul file.

nel post del file .rom dicevo che facendo così non lo pendeva, poi scegliendo DATA su Toast me lo prende.

Allora dico qualìè il metodo giusto e come si fa a sapere come masterizzare, scegliendo data invece che altro ?

kama il file non è in relazione al formato di masterizzazione

più confuso di te non c'è nessuno....

io se ho un jpg posso farci un iso, un dmg, un dvd utf ecc ecc ecc
come fai a pensare che toast sappia cosa voglio fare?

DEVI sapere TU che formato vuoi

A questa domanda ho risposto in altre occasioni,
se hai un lettore da tavolo per divx non hai bisogno di toast:

1) Inserisci il Cd da masterizzare nel Mac ed attendi che ti appaia sulla scrivania
2) Prendi il video .avi e trascinalo sul CD
3) Prendi il Cd e lo trascini sul cestino per masterizzarlo.
4) Una volta masterizzato è pronto per essere visto dal tuo lettore da tavolo.

si sono confuso perchè stò imparando un milione di cose, tra cucinare e tenere la casa, visto che sono un "mammo", caro mio.
Non sapevo che con una file puoi fare quello che vuoi, scusami.

Forse mi sono confuso, mi ricordo che un forum americano mi disse, prendi l'icona del file che vuoi masterizzare e toast saprà cosa fare , ecco perchè chiedevo come mai.

questo .rom va bene masterizzarlo con ISO ?

How to copy update CD-Rom for DVD Ndvx-110 Nortek trough Nero Burning Rom

Start the Program Nero Burning Rom and select NEW as picture 1

Drag and drop the file bank30.rom File Browser window (right) to the ISO1 window in order to see a display like picture 2

Go to the toolbar and from menu File select “Write CD”. It will appear a display like the picture 3; it’s important to check the boxes “Write” and “Finalise CD”, and utilise the write method “Track-at-once. To finalise click “Write”.

WARNING: you must use only CD-R. The update could not works with a CD-RW!




Wait for the finalisation of the copy.
The CD is now ready for the update of DVD Ndvx-110 Nortek

Guide for DVD Ndvx-100 Nortek update

Follows these steps for the update the device:

1. Switch on DVD Ndvx-110 Nortek
2. Insert the CD-Rom for the update
3. The Software will automatically recognise the CD-Rom for the update and will display the word UPGRADE.
4. On the screen will appear in alternatively mode the “WRITE” and “EREASE” word.
5. After almost 1 minute will appear the word “DONE” and the device DVD Ndvx-110 Nortek will be rebooted
6. Extract the CD-Rom and utilise the device normally.
a. If the upgrade fails, please turn off the l’NDVX-110
b. Pressing NEXT turn on the player, the upgrade will start automatically, you’ll see a black screen until the end of the upgrade, (see section 5)
