Tasto "Command"

Ecco una domanda banale... Nella tastiera giapponese/americana esiste, oltre al tasto con la mela (Command), il famoso tasto Option. Nella tastiera italiana questo tasto non lo trovo, almeno non sulla tastiera del mio iBook.
Ad esempio, per digitare il comando "Apple+Option+C"?
