ciao a tutti
ho cercato cercato ma non riesco a capire come fare ad inserire il rapporto di lettura di una mail nel programma di posta microsoft Entourage per Mac OsX
qualcuno ne sa qualcosa??

se tu mandi un email ad un client che non recepisce la funzione non ottieni alcun risultato. ad esempio se mandi ad un destinatario che usa mail o entourage di office per mac.
in ogni caso si fa così:

How can I request a return receipt from sent mails?
Go to Tools -> Accounts.
Under the Mail tab, edit the mail account you want to send from.
Click the Options tab.
Under "Additional Headers", add in a new header: Disposition-Notification-To
Under Value, type your e-mail address.
