aggiungere host key ai known hosts

ho dovuto fare un reboot della mia haked ATV, quindi in suo host key è cambiato e non mi consente di entrare usando
ssh -1 frontrow@AppleTV.local
e, tra l'altro mi dice:
Add correct host key in /Users/nomemac/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
ora, io so pochissimo di comandi e so arrivare nella directory /Users/nomemac/.ssh ma non so come inserire nel file known_hosts la corretta hostkey.
qualcuno può aiutarmi?
inoltre, subito di seguito, mi dice:
Offending key in /Users/nomemac/.ssh/known_hosts:1
RSA1 host key for appletv.local has changed and you have requested strict checking.
Host key verification failed.
e non so se vuol dire che devo fare altro
