I've done all the things that a tutorial suggests me but I don't have any hub on the screen of "public hubs".
I'm asking why?
Can I ask help to someone?

How on earth do you think someone could lend you a hand?
You don'y say what kind of Mac is yours, no mention of the operating system, amount of RAM…
You brag about a tutorial but forget to say which one…
Could be you're referring to an app but obviously you keep its name to yourself.
