Problemi con versioni Adobe

Salve, non riesco ad installare i software di Adobe.
Quando premo installa mi viene scritto L'installazione che fanno distinzione tra minuscole e minuscole non è supportata. Scegliete un altro percorso di unità per l'installazione

installare dove? come? su quale mac? quale software di adobe? quale versione? versione Mac OS X?

Come ha già chiesto maina, occorre sempre fornire informazioni sulla dotazione hardware, versione esatta del sistema operativo, versione del software in questione.
Prova comunque a utilizzare
Adobe CS5 Cleaner Tool, ma si può utilizzare anche per CS4 e CS3, già segnalato peraltro sul forum.

Mac versione 10.5.8 processore 2,4 ghz core 2 duo 2 gb di ram
Prodotto photoshop da installare.
non ho le versioni precedenti installate nel mac

edit: È una versione trial? Altrimenti su Mac Peer si parla esclusivamente di software acquistato regolarmente.

Devi aver formattato e scelto un filesystem "Case Sensitive", l'unica è riformattare, scegliendo un filesystem (sempre mac os Journaled) NON case sensitive.
Se hai time machine fai un bel backup di tutto, fai partire il DVD di installazione, formatti come si deve e ripristini il backup di TM.
Oppure un Clone, ma dovrai riformattare/inizializzare il disco del Mac.
