file hosts

ciao ragazzi ho rimaneggiato il mio file hosts tanto che ora nn riesco piu' con itunes a portare a termine l'aggiornamento di qualsiasi firmware del mio iphone con il mac....c'è un modo per ripristinarlo o qualcuno mi dice di preciso cosa devo tenere in questo file e di preciso come editarlo?grazie

Non credo il problema sia dovuto al file hosts.
Comunque il contenuto di default è:
