Masterizzazione

Ciao a tutti, sono un utente Win (da circa 20 Anni) e da circa un mese ho acquistato il mio primo Mac (G4).
Un mondo nuovo. Sicuramente stabilissimo.
Comunque: avendo un Mac che può masterizzare solo CD, ho acquistato un masterizzatore DVD.
Ma dopo averlo installato la risposta è stata:

il system non ti riconosce il masterizzatore esterno/interno ( non hai specificato... ), succede spesso... prova ad usare Patch Burn :

almeno io ho sempre risolto così, vedi anche che ti dicono gli altri del forum...

non c'è un software che accompagna il masterizzatore?
se vuoi.... puoi provare a renderlo compatibile con i prog. apple con patchburn

non c'è bisogno di acquistare Toast... almeno non necessariamente - sufficiente far riconoscre il nuovo masterizzatore, e Patch Burn fà proprio questo...

"The use is easy: after admin authorization, just select your CD/DVD writer in the list and click "Install". After that you should restart your Mac. The system profiler should now recognize the drive as DRDeviceSupportLevelVendorSupported. At least iTunes should now support the writer"
