Konfabulator (Yahoo!): i widget anche per Panther

A regola dovrebbe andarti ... che operazioni fai ?
Dovrebbero essere:
1- Abilitare il dev mode (se non l'hai già fatto)
2- Far comparire la dashboard
3- Fare click (tenendo premuto) e contemporaneamente far sparire dashboard (ad es. con F12)

E il widget dovrebbe restarti sul mouse senza dashboard sotto.

(per toglierlo si fa la stessa cosa al contrario)

Per il procedimento sono andato a memoria perchè non mi piace avere widget sul desktop

Added satellite views to Yahoo! Maps Widget.
Fixed Korean localization of Purple Box (Yahoo! Login) Widget.

Grazie che è gratis, quella di Apple è stata concorrenza sleale... e non è che Konfabulator fa quello che fa Dashboard... è Dashboard che fa quello che fa Konfabulator! Sono d'accordo anche io che Konfabulator in linea di massima è meglio... l'unico vantaggio di Dashboard è che si può nascondere e portare in primo piano in un attimo, mentre gli widget di konfabulator si gestiscono meno agevolmente. Piuttosto, come si fa a disattivare Dashboard?

peccato, un'altra idea Mac che finisce anche su pc secondo me Apple avrebbe fatto meglio ad acquistare Konfabulator ed integrarlo nel system piuttosto che sviluppare dashboard...

E poi saranno integrati direttamente anche in Windows Vista col nome di Gadgets (che fantasia, poi)

E' proprio ora di passare ad un Mac.

come si fa a disattivare Dashboard?

Apri il Terminale e digita
defaults write com.apple.dashboard mcx-disabled -boolean YES e dai Invio.

Se dovessi decidere di riattivarlo digita
defaults write com.apple.dashboard mcx-disabled -boolean NO e dai Invio.
