Come si fa a vedere se ho Internet security, firewall, anti-virus or pop-up
blocking software installed, browser extensions or toolbars.
Sono già nel sistema, me lo chiede Google Mail ?

Firewall: apri Preferenze di Sistema-->Condivisione-->FireWall: lì vedi subito se FireWall è attivo o inattivo.
Anti-virus: solo tu puoi sapere se li hai installati…
Pop-up blocking software: non so se ci sono utility particolari. Se usi Safari, apri le sue preferenze, schiaccia su Sicurezza e vedi se hai spuntato o no: "Blocca le finestre a comparsa".

Daniele, come ti ha detto Avrobay, ai moderatori è stato concesso di usare ImageWell, che permette di ritoccare anche le immagini e aggiungere delle scritte (watermark), come per esempio la scritta MacPeer che io aggiungo sempre…

Firewall? Con rete Fastweb? Abbastanza inutile, mai usato e mai avuto problemi; nel dubbio usa quello di OS X

Direi che su Mac non serve né lui né altri anti-virus perché non ci sono virus…
Il FireWall serve quando sei collegato in rete perché chiude alcune porte in modo che non ci possano essere intrusioni dall'esterno.
