Time capsule e mobile me

Ho collegato la time a casa con un modem ethernet e funziona tranquillamente, avendo un account mobileme e avendo letto che posso accedervi da qualsiasi posto mi si presenta unl problema dall'ufficio il mio mac vede time capsule ma mi dice connessione fallita. Ma devo aprire qualche porta sul modem/router in ufficio? Helpme

c'è già un topic nel forum che ti spiega come fare. nel router dell'ufficio non devi fare proprio nulla. semmai le porte vanno aperte sul router di casa, ma non è un router.

hai i requisiti software e hardware? hai abilitato il NAT Port Mapping Protocol? siamo certi sia un modem quello di casa? e, anche se fosse un modem, che non abbia un firewall attivo? altrimenti ci sono delle porte da mappare e da aprire.

5.4.1 (or later) installed.
