settare x-chat aqua

ciaoa a tutti. ho formattato il mio mac e ora non mi ricordo come devo fare per settare (e cosa scrivere quindi) per far funzionare il programma x-chat aqua per poter scaricare file IRC.
help me!

Di solito, i canali IRC hanno dei wiki con le istruzioni per accedervi e configurare i client. Senza sapere dove vuoi andare è difficile indicarti la strada.

e messo il link al sito di XChat dove ci sono una Quick Start Guide e le FAQ.
