l'ipod shuffle non viene riconosciuto dal mac...e se usato come player lampeggia sia la luce verde che arancione...
in pratica non da segni di vita...
c'è qualche trucco per riportarlo alla normalità prima di farlo vedere all'assistenza?

These symptoms could be related to connecting iPod shuffle to a USB port that is not providing enough power. You should restore iPod shuffle after connecting it to a USB port with adequate power.

devi collegarlo per forza ad una porta usb che abbia sufficiente energia... c'è scritto chiaramente, seppur in inglese
non è che te lo puoi tenere cosi o portarlo in assistenza per il fatto che da tastiera non vada....
mi sembra assurdo che tu non possa attaccarlo momentaneamente ad una delle porte usb sul retro del mac
comprati un hub alimentato... altrimenti
