Ho questo scanner e con iMac Intel ho fatto download ultimo driver dal loro sito però a volte mi dà degli errori e non si può procedere con scansione.

questo è il software corretto di gestione dello scanner, le note spiegano che una rimozione del software precedente è necessaria. l'hai fatto prima di installare, nel caso tu avessi installato la versione precedente, per esempio, da cd?
